Cannot find texture templates for Palace Robes

I purchased the Palace Robes for Genesis 8 Female, but am having trouble finding the texture templates for it.  In the What's Included section for this product, there is statement that reads: "Texture Templates available through the Product Library".  Unfortunately, I cannot locate anything resembling texture tempates.  Please could the Store advise. Thanks.

    The statement implies that in your Product Library [accessed via your Account] there should be a zip folder for manual download that has the texture templates. If that is not there you could send CS a note to let them know. However it would probably be faster just to make your own either using a utility such as UVMapper or a 3D Modeler, whatever. Or, make a copy of the concerned "texture" image, erase ALL the texture itself replacing that area with your own textures.

    OK thanks for that info. The UV Texture Template is definitely not offered for this item in my Product Library within my account area. I understand how what to do about the texture file - need to trace the outline of the shape from the texture and paint in my own.

    If you open a support  ticket  you should get them as it states on the product page they have templates.

    In the end, I used Shade3D software to show the UVmap for each item of clothing and shoes, and made a UV template from there.

    I've noticed more and more the lack of templates available and when a link does show up it's broken.

    Maybe you like to get a free script from mCasualJacques which can make templates for you in case they are missing.

    It is old but the 4.5 version works for me in Studio 4.15.
