Is there a way to make the icons larger in the Smart Content Tab?

Hello All,

I would like to know if there is a way to make the icons larger in the Smart Content Tab.    I know that if you hover over the icon with the mouse pointer, many times it offers a larger view, but I want something a little larger at a glance when scrolling through the selections under the Smart Content Tab.   As of now, I been having to take off my glasses and almost plant my face into the screen to see the details and it is annoying.   If the icons were just a bit larger so I could see the details without having to take off my glasses, then I am good.

So if it is possible to do this, I would like to know how.
