Content cannot be imported

Hello friends!
I am new to Daz Studio. I have purchased a product and I can't import the yellow labeld thumbnails. Only the green ones. I get the error message" "An error occurred while reading the file, see the log file for more details"

I suppose you have delt with this question many times but I said, I am totally new to Daz. I only use Daz just to get some well designed models and I export the FBX file and do all the work in 3ds Max. If there was an fbx version in products library, I would purchased it and never bother to get Daz Studio.

You are trying to apply materials or shapes to nothing. You need to have something in the scene to apply the material setting or morph to.
