Do newsletters still go out?

I haven't been receiving them for awhile. I even signed back up and don't get them. I find them useful, especially the Platinum Club ones as they help me find PC new releases easier than just browsing around.

They do come out, every day. You might want to check your SPAM folder to see if they're getting dumped there.

I've had the newsletters stop coming to me twice in the past year and needed to open support tickets both times to get them reinstated. It happens.
