Makeup Artist Essentials L.I.E Poses and Expressions errors

Does anyone have this product?  Was so happy to finally see some makeup with several shades of foundation plus highlights.  However I keep getting an error when I apply the shader,  Perhaps I am doing something wrong, of course, there are no instructions other than point and click. Also if the vendor of this product would like to weigh in as to why the shader does not extend to the ears and the neck. Most people extend their foundation down their neck and over to the ears.

This error shows once, click ok then shows again, click ok then the shader loads

    I got this recently too, I'm a newbie at this. 
    I'm also getting this problem. It says error, freezes up, then loads anyway.
     

    I tried uninstalling and re-installing it hoping it would fix things but no luck. 
     

    Hopefully we can get some help with this.

    Or were you able to fix it on your own? 
     

    Update: I uninstalled it again and ran the install using DIM installer. It seems to be working now but it loads slowly.
