Could not find the "13033" product?

Hey, all. I bought the Genesis Creature Creator Bodies. However, when I try to open it, I get the error message "Could not find the "13033" product. Where is my product? Thanks.

Are you saying you installed it (in which case, how?) and daz Studio gives the error when you try to open the product (from where in the UI?)? Or is it downloading and/or installing that is the problem?
