Are the refunds working?

I just filled out a refund request for the second time regarding a pair of items, as I could not find a ticket in the "My Activities" section from my earlier attempt last Thursday, and the request deadline is growing close. Last time I got a refund in three days, anyone else having issues with getting the refund, or am I just being impatient?

Bit worried my requests are not received while the deadline expires.

Did you get the automatic ebot telling you that they had received your help request?

Are either of the tickets showing in your list of activities on the Zendesk page?

I got the in browser pop-up that my ticket was recieved, but after a couple of tickets not coming through I am not sure I can trust that pop-up. Both tickets for the refund request (last Thursdays, and todays) are not in the activities of the Zendesk page.

best is to check your tickets. Just lick on "Sign in" on the upper right corner on the help desk screen. You will be presented with your activities, and that should include the tickets you have posted. Be aware that some tickets may take some time, esp. tech support ones. Sales tickests are usually followed up in no time...

A tech ticket of today is in the activities list, both sales refund request of last thursday and today aren't.

in that case I think it is the best to file the tickets again. Better safe than sorry....

That would be a third time, is the whole ticket system not working?

Okay, just submitted again, they now appear in the "My activities" section.

People are being told to submit tickets because of sales and discounts confusion, so there are probably a lot of them these days.

If things would be sorted out once a ticket is submitted, it would even be better. I still have two tickets rotting in the queue. Sales and refund tickest are dealt vwith in no time. Tech tickets, esp with things tha DAZ have messed up takes ages.

What I learned from my peronal hostory: file a ticket every time something is not okay. Otherwise, the QC at DAZ side will never be fixed. Only if they are flooded with tickets, things will be better. And, the ticket stops the 30 days return counter. If you have a ticket open, and it is not resolved, you can return the item. Did work qiote fine for me so far, although I find it a bit unfair for the PA, if DAZ has messed up.
