Where can i find the Align tool?

They say:

Choose View > Tabs > Align to open the Align tab (also known as Align Ace)

but I can not find the View menu in the top-bar or somewhere.

    Those are very old instructions - for some time the Pane(Tabs) sub-menu has been in the Window menu, so Window>Panes(Tabs)>Allign
