How to make stage with light easy?

Hello every one!
I bought the stage BOXING GYM and its so darkness.. I try to use the 7 light but its berley do something
Any one know how can I do day light easy?

If it's somewhat lit but dim you may just need to adjust the tone mapping settings (e.g. increase the ISO value) - Create>New Tonemapper Options in a new scene. If it isn't lit at all, aside from a bit of light coming in through any windows, you probably need to add some interior lights (Spot lights or Point lights, from the Create menu) though you will probably also need to adjust Tone mapping. Of course the set may include some lights and/or render settings.
