Help with this beast

Can anyone help me identify the dragon . It was used in the promo for the dragons nest https://www.daz3d.com/dragons-nest ; and the author did a fantastic job showing links to all promos used except for the dragon and the unique tail. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance
