Question: Issues with DIM and D|S - Sort Order Malfunction & Shows Installed in one, not the other.

This has bothered me for a long time, today is the day I ask about it. :) I cannot rely on sorting .. and right now, there's an issue between DIM and D|S.
In the past, I've strictly used Smart Content to install things for DAZ Studio. Only when directed by the Support Staff did I ever use DAZ Install Manager. Well, since sorting seemed to be a mess (as in, the order of the 'sort by' was never right, it never showed me the last item purchased when sorting by was Order Date, or the latest item installed ) I decided to start over with a fresh install and use DIM exclusively. Maybe using both was causing issues. Logical so far, yeah?
So, fresh disc obtained, items installed.
I wanted to check something in the last package I installed (using DIM and not Smart Content.) so I decided to open it. No problem, right?
I opened DAZ Studio and, after metadata updated, the package (Tara 2 HD), the one I just got done installing via DIM, did not show as installed on the Smart Content 'Install' tab. Okay. So I jumped over to the 'All' tab. I search for the product and when it displays the icon is grayed out entirely. Content Library shows the same thing.
Figured it was a glitch. So I uninstalled it using DIM. I closed DAZ Studio. I checked my Task Manager to see if something might be causing an issue. I had several of the PostregSQL things active. I closed DIM. Then I deactivated the open SQL things. I open DIM, it still shows Tara 2 HD as the latest item installed. I open DAZ Studio, it still shows I need to install Tara 2 HD.
I'm not sure what else to try to fix this. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm happy to go to support but I wanted to ask the community first if this was common or unusual.
Windows 10 Pro, 64-Bit, DAZ Studio 4.15.0.2
Thanks In Advance
Comments
I have about 50 items that won't install with DIM and Tara 2 is one of them.
