E.V.E Enhanced Virtual Entity Hd For Genesis 8 Female Glitch? --- FIXED

Has anyone noticed anything weird happening with all other G8F characters? I installed E.V.E Enhanced Virtual Entity Hd For Genesis 8 Female yesterday and today all my G8F characters are coming in sort of distorted. Their faces, especially around the mouth and eyes, and a sort of bulgy head is happening on all of them since E.V.E. was installed. I've had this happen in the past. I remember installing a male character a couple of years ago who caused all of my male characters to come in all bulked up like the Incredible Hulk. They somehow fixed this. But I'm wondering if anyone else who installed E.V.E. is seeing this happen. Am I just seeing them strangely, or should I put in a ticket?
I've attached images of Victoria 8, Leisa 8, and Bridget 8. They just look weird to me. There's a square bulge under the mouth that wasn't there before. The eyes seem sort of skewed, and the heads seem too large and bulgy. Did the new E.V.E. character cause this? They didn't look like this before I installed her.

The same thing is happening for me after installing and loading E.V.E Enhanced Virtual Entity Hd For Genesis 8 Female. All of my female characters are coming in looking strange. I have no prorblem with the male characters.
After loading Leisa, I checked the log and it is showing two files referring to EVE. So, it looks like EVE is the problem. Any clues how to fix this?

Same problem!
Went away when I uninstalled E.V.E, came back when I reinstalled her.
Attached example using Twosret loaded before and after installing E.V.E to the same scene (and all I did was install E.V.E, I didn't add her to the scene).
The quickest fix is to uninstall the E.V.E. character. Put in a ticket to request a refund and purchase her again if they fix her.
This happened to me with a male character a couple of years ago, and I saw several people mentioned it in the forum. I don't think I put in a ticket at that time, but someone apparently had and a short time later an update came out that fixed it. I just wasn't sure if this was something that was happening to me or if it was doing it for everyone else. I guess it's not just me.

Hi does this mean that all I have to do is uninstall and reinstall after new download? I do manual install.
But I noticed remnants still remaining in the Daz program even after uninstalling in the main library and from the cloud data in the Document folder.
Is that normal?

Are you deleting the corresponding data and texture files? That would be important to get a clean install. You can download the product without installing it yet and use the files that it contains to help you find exactly what the product files consist of.
For example, download the manual install folder. Look inside. If it contains a morphs file in data/G8/female (or whatever) go to your library and delete the files with the same names in those same places. Then do the same for files you find in textures and any other files that the product comes with.
Although, if you are just trying to replace files with updated versions, you could try just manually installing over/on top of your previous install. Move the new files into your library and when your OS asks you if you want to replace the files found with the same names, say yes.
DAZ put out an update in DIM. I just installed that and it fixed the problem. They had probably already fixed it before I posted about this and I didn't know it. Anyway, just install the update and it fixes it.
