Is there an option (shader, decal, ...) to add a torn effect to existing clothes?

if you have Photoshop brushes or torn texture maps you can use them in Photoshop or Gimp to paint holes on an opacity map, are some in the store and on other sites.

There's also Grungy Threads that includes tearing effects along with the dirt and grime.
