DSON for MAc 64bit getting error call

I have placed the python scripts where they should go in PoserPro 2014. I used the Install Manager for the Starter Essentials (Did both packages--Starter Essentials and Starters Essentials for Poser CF for both male and female). It placed the files in my users/shared path, not in Poser Runtime. Not sure if it is supposed to go here or not. I get a Python Call error when I try to create the Genesis figure:

Exception in Reality::DataModel::collectMaterials(Figure 1/Genesis) => NULL result without error in PyObject_Call
Exception in RealityDataModel::addObjects: error return without exception set

Can someone tell me what all this means and how to get this blasted thing to work?

NEW: I managed to get rid of the call error, but I'm not having Genesis 2 female show up now. It is invisible. I am using PoserPro 2014, Service Release 4.

Thank you,
Denise

An invisible figure usually means the \Data folder is in the wrong place - it should be in the same parent folder as the actual Runtime used by Poser.
