Where can I control JCMs?

(I am using the G8F.)
I want to manually relax the thigh muscles that contract more when the shin is bent more than the limit.
I thought the red sliders in the parameters were JCMs, and I tried adjusting them all to 0, but nothing changed.
Are they not JCMs?
Where and how can I control JCMs?

You have a bone selected. Select the main figure. I think the JCMs are on the main figure - hidden morph.
Select "Tika 8" in the parameters tab instead of the thigh and you will probably see more activated and hidden dials to change.
You may need to use the gogwheel on the dial to untick "auto follow" if you want the change to stay.
I searched for 'Thigh' in both Parameters > 'Tika 8' and 'Currently Used' and found the JCMs items. Thank you.
However, as you can see in this image, when the shin is bent and not bent, the thigh muscles change,
but none of the sliders change the value.
I cleared 'Thigh' from the search bar and checked all hidden items, but none of the sliders changed the value.
Weird... the shape of the muscles has changed, but why hasn't any JCMs changed?
Select the main body.
Select, "currently used".(if the shin is bent).
IF there's a lot of morphs in there, Type JCM in the Search box at the top of the parameters tab.
Since we don't know the specific JCM name you are looking for, check for names like "Quadricep, adductors, hamstring, etc". They may or may not have "Flex" in the name.
When you get your adjustment made, You can either lock the controller, JCM's can't be "locked" in general, or change the min/max limits to the current value. So even if you move the shin, or another controller kickes in, it won't change the set value.
Just remember you did this and undo it if you decide to change the pose.
@Perttia, "auto follow" doesn't do anything in this case.
Based on the image you posted, it's not a JCM issue, it's just that "FK-Thigh shape" moph you have applied.
Try Changing that to 0 and see if it changes.
If you've got the "Muscularity mophs for G8F" you might be able to clean it up with some specific muscle morphs.
If not, then either you'll have to accept it, or break out the d-formers, or one of the bridges to create a corrective morph.
Oh, as you said, those thigh muscle changes weren't JCMs!
When I was about to give up because I couldn't find what I wanted with JCMs,
I searched for 'Flex' just in case, and I finally found a slider that changed the part. It was just a pose.
Thank you so much for giving an important tip! :D
Glad ya found a solution.
Happy rendering.
