Oh wow. What you have created is called a FLANGE in the world of Industry! They can have from two to x number of bolt holes, or none. If none they are a slip fit or butt fit. Slip fit is left square on the end and can be sweated or welded to pipe slipped inside. A flange with a long long neck becomes a trunnion depending on use. While simple, you made it so well I think you must be a Pipefitter or some related Craft!
I'm sorry there is no Poser usable version though. :(

    McG.

in fact all the props on my site are supposed to be Poser props

there must be a dozen mechanical props by now

though i didn't test many of them in poser

lets test this one in poser 9 ...

    yes works fine !

the props are distributed as zipped Runtime folders so all you have to do is unzip them in a Poser Content folder

i didn't work in pipe fitting , but i guess the interest is from drafting courses when i studied for architecture
    i'm mostly into programming and electronics ( E.Eng )

i did not recently update the thumbnail index https://sites.google.com/site/mcasualsdazscripts4/
where most of the props are shown, so you have to check in the left-side menu for
mcjQuadPlate and the other new ones

Well I shall go back and download some and see how they work in P2014 from my runtime on an external (to Poser) drive. I have a mess of HD's in my desktop. One 1TB drive is devoted to the wonderful stuff we love to call *CONTENT* ! Heh! Oh I am loving my toys today! :o)
