Faded Illusions outfit stuck in update loop

Hi

I purchased the https://www.daz3d.com/dforce-faded-illusions-for-genesis-8-and-81-females outfit on its own and have encountered an issue with it.

I downloaded it using  DAZ Connect and it straight away then wanted to be updated so clicked update and sometime later the update completed and the update me icon was still there so i clicked update and after completeing it still wants to update....

So tried downloading through Daz Central and it still  wants to update

So tried DIM.... its not in DIM at all

 

Now in the log file its failing to update

I already have outstanding support tickets that have said 4 to 6 weeks for a response so thought I would ask here first

Can't say about that product as I don't have it yet, but I have several other products that are stuck in a update loop, and has been for a Looong time (tickets are still outstanding and I reopen them when they are closed :) )

Yes, it fails to isntall through Connect - just a lot of 0 byte .part files. Please open a ticket, I noticed this yesterday but haven't yet opened a ticket. I was able to instasll through DIM, though the thumbnail in DS is a clay render so not very obvious.

Got six items stuck in the same loop for months now. A handful got fixed but the remaining ones are still waiting

I cant get it to show in DIM at all and cant search for it might be missing something there maybe.

I got it to work by uninstalling and using dazcentral to install it and not touching the connect button and its there now and will now load not fully tested yet though but promising.
