IRAY preview problem

I have a little problem with the IRAY preview. The figures and object in the scene remain white until I move the gizmo changin the point of view. In other compositions this doesn't happen. The final render works. The problem is only in this scene and in the preview. I controlled all the settings but nothing seams to wrong. Does anybody has ever had this problem?

it happens to me when there are iray decals in the scene sometimes. usually that is the only time it happens for me.
You are right.. There was a huge hidden decal that I forgot somewhere. The solution was looking at me but I could not see it. Thank you very much.
Man, decals! At least you guys can use 'em — I eventually have crashes no matter the decal. They just don't cooperate with any of my PC setups! :P
What causes this then?
i'm having this same problem in Unity. moving the gizmo doesn't help. anyone found a solution? what are iray decals?
IRAY has a special thing that they call a "Decal", which is nothing more than a projected-layer, which acts as a "priority-0" on a textured surface. Unlike a geo-shell, which floats above a surface as another 3D object and can "clip surfaces". The IRAY Decal or "projected map layer", will always be visible, being rendered over any materials and textures that are actually on the object.
There are a few various projection options. One is a linear projection that just stamps the image over a surface, based on the set stamp-area. Another option is to have it adopt the same UV-mapping as the object, so it acts as a 1:1 overlay, similar to a geo-shell.
Uses...
Adding dirt, rust, dents, blood, water, hair, hand-prints, bruises, etc... onto skins and surfaces.
Adding general non-UV-constrained details, such as tattoos, foot-scuffs on floors, spilled milk, grass shade variations, filth on clean walls and floors...
Adding complex blended shader effects, such as dipping things in paint, metal, mud, burned, tarnished, peeled-surfaces...
