Why won't Daz Studio accept my gmail and password?

[Why won't Daz Studio accept my gmail and password?] It works fine on this site, but it keeps saying Registtration Failed when I try to register on the application.

Any help would be appreciated.

    It may be a relic from the store chnage over - if you would open a support ticket to make sure it is logged that would be helpful. You can get your serial number from your account page here at Daz and just paste it in rather than going on line in the meantime.

    Thanks to both of you, but I don't know what having the serial number has to do with my being able to log into my Daz Studio application. Anyhow, a whole new set of problems has occured since I got a new computer and downloaded the newest Daz Studio, but that's a different post; still, if having my serial number can help me log into Daz Studio, I'm certainly interested. :)
