16:9 frame

I know this sounds like a crazy question, BUT i have this 16:9 frame inside the view port window and just cannot figure out how to get rid of it. Any help please and thank you in adavance. This thing is making me nuts.

    In Render Settings, at the top of the general tab, you can change the proportions of what Daz calls the Aspect Frame.  You can hide that frame completely by unchecking Aspect Frame.

    You can also set another frame option in Render Settings/General  Dimension Preset or just have the active viewport selected.
