Viewport lag when animate.

I'm going crazy here, It's impossible to see if the animation looks good when it lags so much. Does not Daz have something that can turn down the graphics to like crap so I can actually see if the animations I made looks good at all?
NM, Im using anime lite, it is horrible, I will get Animate 2. Have a nice day.
