Daz Studio doesn't open

I have installed Daz 3d last year, I had many issues with that it wasn't working fine so I uninstalled it and installed it now, now the Daz 3d studio doesn't open at all, it's loading for few seconds and crashing automatically.

I had a look at the log.txt file and this is what I got to know,

    That looks as if it is trying to read a corrupt file of some kind. Assuming you are using Windows, try creating a new desktop shortcut to DS, then right-click on it and select Properties. In the target box add

     -instanceName  CleanLaunch -cleanOnLaunch 1

    at the end, after the file name in quotes, and click OK. Try double-clicking that short cut and see if DS will open.
