Shader Mixer Bump artifacts

I've recently been exploring shader mixer, and at this time adding features to my favorite shaders, such as additional Specular using different specular modes and BSDF and reflection nodes. Ive focused on AoAs Subsurface shader as it caters for much of the features I love and it allows me to add to it (For the record, this is personal use and I'm just trying to expand it and learn from its network, its just how I learn best).

In testing I played a bit with the procedural bump which he introduced to it. I discovered there is a banding artifact on the bump that looks a bit like the mesh of the object in wireframe, and likewise follows the mesh direction. I have seen this in the past long before I meddled in shader mixer, and using mapped bump as opposed to the procedural feature, when making fabric materials using the shader. Shading rate doesn't appear to affect it. The only way to reduce it is to have very very low strength and low max/min limits.

I searched the forum for solutions or accounts of it and nothing comes up for DS specifically or shader mixer in DS. Ive seen accounts of it in Blender and 3Delight Maya, most appear quite old, but none of the solutions seem applicable in shader mixer.

I'm wondering if there is a fix? Id love to fix it if possible. Or if its simply a known bug that we must wait for 3Delight to upgrade which addresses it? Examples below, note that the stronger bump strength/bump noise strength value is, the stronger the banding grid like artifacts display.
