Phantom Items in DIM

For some reason in DIM the following items keep coming up as new Product to download and Install, even though they are installed:
Choko Hair for Genesis 2 Female(s)
Choko Hair for Genesis 2 Female(s) PoserCF
Water Moon for Genesis 2 Female(s) PoserCF
Cherry Blossom Dress for Genesis 2 Female(s)
Cherry Blossom Dress for Genesis 2 Female(s) PoserCF
See the attached image for an example.
Is there a way to clear these?

It looks like these may be Poser versions, as the hair comes in DUF (DS) and CR2 (Poser)
Do you use or need Poser content? If not, then go to the gear icon at the top right of the DIM pane, and change your filters so that Poser items are not shown in Ready to Download.
You can check easily enough by going to the Installed tab, right Click on the Choko Hair, and use the Show Installed Files option, that will show you what library these were installed to.
That's what I did in the image I included. All five items are installed. Yet they keep showing up to download.
Do you by chance have both PC and Mac filters enabled? There's a big difference in file sizes between the 2 you have installed on the right, and their counterparts on the left.
Now that you mention it, the file size differences is bizarre. Here is what has happened:
1. I made a purchase on Friday. Fired up DIM, downloaded, installed.
2. This morning, as I usually do, I fired up DIM and set it to download while I got ready for work. I usually do this just to catch any updates before I leave.
3. I noticed those five items, among a bunch of other items, and just assumed that they populated to my account after I downloaded on Friday.
4. When I got into work, I opened DIM to do the install. I noticed these five items were missing. Which was when I noticed that they had already been installed.
5. I also noticed that they were present in my download directory even though I have it set to delete after install.
I don't have broad filters in place in DIM. I usually Hide individually because I have been burned by DS items that require some odd file in the Poser installation.
What I am probably going to do is uninstall these five, re-download them, install and then check if they show up again.
It is almost Halloween. Maybe the gremlins have crept into the DIM...
Same thing is happening to me. Same 5 files won't go away.
