Michael 3 morph issues

So, I'm trying out some of the basic morphs for Michael 3 on Poser Pro 2014, but there's an issue; the left arm and leg of the model won't morph with the rest of the body. Even when I try to use the morphs on those parts only, they won't deform. I tried unloading and reloading the models, but the problem persists. Any suggestions?

This shouldn't be happening unless you've had the installers sitting around for a long time. If you are using newly downloaded copies of the products then please file a technical support ticket so that the files on the servers can be checked; if not, download and install the current versions of the base figure and the morphs.
