Need help on my first project with Daz Studio. On a deadline.
I am trying to create a scene to help sell my idea to a client for a bronze sculpture. I'm used to using Poser with Daz figures, but decided to come over and start using daz for creating. Not the best thing to do on a deadline. I'm going to have lots of questions. I do this often and have written about it in my book 3D Technology in Fine Art and Craft: Exploring 3D Printing, Scanning, Sculpting, and Milling. Here is a of one of my projects. video I'm going to need some hand holding here. Wish me luck. Hopefully this is active and I can find one or two helpful souls to give me some suggestions to get htis project complete.
Question 1
. Are there babies? I purchased millenial baby a long time ago to use with Poser. But i guess that won't work with daz 3D. Poser is on another computer with those files, so I don't know how to even try it. I do need a baby. Is there one that will work.
I'll come back here as I work out design ideas and fumple through Daz tutorials. Thanks for the help.

DAZ Studio has a steep learning curve, so good luck indeed!
And right off the bat: DAZ Studio isn´t big on babies. The latest models are Tobyn and Caryn. Take a look and make up your own mind, but they don´t look all that hot to me despite being relatively current releases.
I don´t know if the Millenium Baby still works with the current version of DAZ... was that a Gen 3 figure? Because I think other Gen 3 figures still work, I´m pretty sure. Surely someone with more knowledge will come along and give you a more useful answer.
I think the original Genesis figure (which comes for free with the base program) has a child morph, perhaps that´s helpful?
Tobyn and Caryn are indeed Lovecraftian horrors, which is why I never use them out of the box. Small World makes them a lot more usable, along with things like Ella.
Sixus1 also has a baby for G8 at Renderosity.
