Is it possible to contact a vendor for a product that doesn't work?

I bought a set of textures for some clothes.  When I select the item and dblclick on the texture it does not load.  I'd like to contact the vendor and see if I can fix this.

No error? Assuming it's from the daz store open a support ticket, they can contact the vendor once if need be rather than asking the vendor to deal with multiple queries.

Sometimes it's not enough to just select the item in the scene tab apply a texture, you may also need to select the proper shader domain in the surfaces tab.

it is also helpful to name and link the product so someone else with it can assist

Lets not forget Heirarchiacal Presets in which the figure the conforming/wearable item is fitted and parented to is what needs to be selected.
