Looking for Deus Ex: Mankind Divided-ish outfit for G8M

Hello everyone!

I'm looking for an outfit for Genesis 8(.1) Males that's similar to the outfit a character is wearing in the game "Deus Ex: Mankind Divided". To be exact, the outfit of Viktor Marchenko;

I'm esspecially keen on an outfit with such a massive collar. I found the "dForce CB Haze Delta Clothing Set for Genesis 8 Male(s)" outfit, but the collar/cowl isn't massive enough for my liking. Bonus points for such an outfit being Sci-Fi and/or Cyberpunk, but obviously such a thing can be turned more Sci-Fi and/or Cyberpunk by kitbashing :-)

I've tried to find such a thing on the DAZ store and elsewhere, but no luck.

Bonus point for equally rough cybernetics with hard edges that can be added to Genesis 8 Male - most I've seen is rather rounded.
