Not able to purchase products

For a few days now, I can not order products from this store.
I had to buy a gift certificate for myself yesterday in Order to make a purchase.
I can not use PayPal nor my Visa card.
There is nothing wrong on my end, I can use both PayPal and my Visa card in other stores.

Moved to the Commons as it is not a Daz Studio issue.
Quite a few people have had PayPal issues over the last couple of days, though many of them seem linked to what is in the cart. I haven't seen many reports of issues with cards, however, so you may be seeing something different. All I can suggest is taking a screen shot of the cart, with prices, and attaching it to a Sales Support ticket.
Including no card? What do you have in your cart?

I can not use either Visa or PayPal, yet they work in any other store.
I have RN HD Judy Love 8.1 and Judy Hair for Genesis 8 Females in my card and tried to purchase the product with my Visa card.
I got an error message, so I won't be trying PayPal.
It is very frustrating.

The other day I had to purchase a gift certificate to make a purchase but, I do not see why I have to do that.
I have no problem using my card or Paypal in any other store.
Opening a ticket can take quite a while and that is not acceptable when you want to buy something.
I am pretty sure that there are other customers with this problem, one has posted here in this thread already.
If you were able to buy a gift card at Daz, your credit card must have been working at Daz at that time. I know that doesn't help now.
Have you contacted the card company to see if they are blocking Daz for some reason?
Does Daz use Paypal to process credit card purchases? Is the credit card linked to your Paypal account?
Two of my stored cards are (also) linked to PayPal, but DAZ purchases are processed by the banks themselves.
ETA: I also have a card at DAZ that isn't linked to PayPal btw.
Eventually payments get approved by banks, but many retailers use Paypal Enterprise to facilitate bank credit card purchases in an intermediate step, and that's often the case with retailers offering Paypal as a means of settlement.
I guess DAZ only knows then.
I've never had a purchase rejected during my 10 years here except if there were problems with the bank though, so if everything goes through PayPal, their censoring system doesn't seem to work in that context.
Just a word of warning. I have been trying to purchase the Cleopatra Royal Vizier Bundle along with Elaheh HD for Genesis 8 Female. I tried a few times using PayPal over the weekend to se if the issue was fixed and each time got an "error with transaction'" message. However, when I checked my bank account, for each time I tried, the charge went through so I have in fact paid for that order multiple times without realizing it. I have a ticket in but it will probably be at least Monday before I get any response.
Log into paypal. Check your transactions. Find the ones that say "Refund". Wait. Check your account again after considering that a refund may take some time until it returns to your account.
I do not know to be honest, but I do not believe that a transaction goes via PayPal when I am using my Visa card.
It is very frustrating, to say the least.
I made an order with PayPal earlier on, with no problem and I made a purchase with my Visa card at Amazon, earlier, with no problem.
I can not buy ANYTHING now.
Not even a gift card to pay that way.
Using my Visa card trying to purchase different products will result in a transaction error message.
Using PayPal will hold the order is pending and then the order will be reversed.
I am so frustated.

The same thing happened to me back in November. I had to purchase a gift debit card in order to shop here. That worked OK for a couple of weeks. Then I was locked out of my Daz account for six days. After opening another Daz account, quoting my unanswered ticket number, and complaining in the Store Issues thread (now closed), I finally got a response from Sales Support. After an additional three days, Emma was able to get my account open and working. I was never told exactly what happened. After that, I was able to use my regular card again, although several of my purchases made with the gift debit card were removed?! It turns out the store rejected the card with money on it but appoved the card with insufficient funds. #SNADU
If Daz weren't averse to writing manuals, I would suggest that they publish a book on how to alienate a loyal customer base.
In all the years that I am a customer here, I never had any problems here.

Yay! Hopefully that's the end of your issues. It IS a very odd experience to have a store refuse to take your money. Thanks for your kind words. I imagined scores of thousands of dollars spent here would mean that my problems got solved more quickly. I was wrong. But at least I'm not deluded anymore.
I imagine that every customer is treated equally.
Wasn't that the time when lots of people, including PAs got locked out of their accounts?
