How would I get lighting like this?

Hey, I'm kinda (no good) with experimentation when it comes to lighting. I've also never touched shaders if that's important.
I'm wondering if anyone can give me any tips on how to get a kind of lighting like the images for this renderosity product?

It looks like basic three-point lighting. Standard photo studio set-up.
You have a key light shining at your subject from the front, a fill light shining at an angle to brighten up the shadows, and a rim light on the head and shoulders to make them stand out from the background. Change your spotlights from "Point" to "Rectangle" and make them 50cm to 100cm to mimic the softbox lights in a studio. Once you get the hang of the basics, you can experiment with darker fills and angled key lights to make moodier shots. It looks like the fill light in that shot is tinted red, which is why her side seems to be glowing.
Lilflame at one point made lights for sale, but that was for Poser, Their lighting style is pretty distinctive. They might tell you if you ask them nicely on Renderosity sitemail. It would ofc help if you had made a purchase.
My guess is fairly large emissive* panels angled on either side of the model and a spotlight or shaped emissive of some kind for the eye highlights. There's very little shadowing or falloff from top to bottom, so I'm thinking large panels. Sort of like soft boxes in RL photography. And then for the rest, a couple of high backlights and what looks like a homemade HDRI at a low intensity or a real background.
Lilflame's model characters and hair tend to be on the shiny side, and that affects the image, too. I don't light like this normally, so this is mostly a guess.
There are lots of lighting tutorials on YouTube. It would probably be a good idea to spend some time with them.
As for posting images, Imgur works great for me. Copy the first share link. Select the little picture icon next to the flag at the top of the edit box. Paste the Imgur link in the first line, and add ".jpg" or ".png" depending on the image into the first box. Set image width to a maximum of 800 (forum rule) and hit OK. You can quote this post and click on an image to see what it should look like.
*Create Plane primitive and select it, go to Surfaces tab, set Emissive Color to white, increase Luminosity by a factor of about 100, and adjust from there. Increasing temperature makes the colour colder, decreasing warmer.

Cool white light (10´000k) from the front, cool pink light from the side. Low key HDRI for ambient light. I don´t see a rim light in that promo.
I think that orange light in the background is just a flat JPG and not actually in the scene.
I didn´t have the patience to angle the lights just so to get that glint in the eye... also, the shadow that the left arm throws is much softer in the promo, which I think means that the pink light shold be even further away from the figure and/or the HDRI is stronger than what I used.
I used light boxes from the Ultra Genesis set but I´m sure you can just use spot lights or emissive primitive planes.
BTW, I recently bought Warm Light by ElianeCK and it´s a pretty cool set, easy to use and gives similar-ish results.
