Is it possible to use only part of a full body morph?

I have a full body morph but I only want you use the head shape and not the body. Is there a way to do this?
Genesis 2 Female, DS 4.6 Pro.

    If the morph isn't already split into head and body parts with separate sliders then no, not within DS. You could split the morph in a modeller, especially if it worked with morphs and allowed selective blending, but in most cases you'd have to do a fair bit of clean up and possibly rework quite a lot of correction morphs.
