All my recent purchases have no icon in Smart Content

All my recent purchases have no icon in Smart Content. They are just triangles with exclamation marks. Anyone else have this problem?

It's a DAZ server issue. It's been almost a week and they still haven't fixed it.

A workaround that has mostly worked for me is to sign Studio out completely and set it to stay in offline mode (it's the connection to DazConnect that's causing the problem apparently), then go to each product in product view, delete the entire entry, then uninstall in DIM.  After that you can reinstall using DIM and it will usually have the icons in smart content (I've still run into a few that don't though).

Just copy the thumbnails from the Runtime\support directory to your DAZ Connect cloud\meta directory. Make sure Studio is offline. You also need a third party program to rename the files en masse to the filename format required by connect 1_<SKU number>.jpg. The downside to this is you don't get the thumbnails for the products not installed in your PC.
