I just aquired the Rule of Cute outfit for my juniors but it lackd panties. There are bunches of these things with other outfits but I would like something a little different. I like the idea of a dance pant with legs or better yet a "bloomer" or short pantalet. something frilly even. Ideas?

No idea about dance pants, but there are bloomers in those packs for example:

One thing I always grumble about is the fact vendors are notorious for not including underpants with an item that obviously needs them, such as the outfit you mention. Use to be they were really bad at not including footwear as well, though that does seem to be changing.
That's why products like Sexy Skinz - Modesty are so great.

Tofusan had some modest underwear for free too, but I can't seem to find them anymore. :(

I know it's not a frilly dance pant, but it could come in handy for younger characters that want to wear a dress.
