Well the beginning of this thread talks about an older archived thread, but I can't seem to pull it up. ugh.

    Try this link: http://forumarchive.daz3d.com/viewtopic.php?t=130460

no luck, it's just "connecting", forever and then times out.

ok, edited because it finally came up but boy it sure is slow.

well dang... she might not be on this list either. I think she was a V3 morph.

can't get past page 1. still keeps timing out.

Maybe you mean someone of them?

    Lady of the Rings

    MDD Eirwenn

    Art-Lyla

Don't misunderstand me, are pretty nice characters, but i think not do justice to Liv's beauty yet.

No it wasn't any of those... but hey, there probably aren't going to be any morphs as pretty as she is. :)

Well I'm already seeing some stuff on the old list that I don't think made it to the new one...

    Jepes movie men..

first one is Scott Bakula, then Picard then Captain Kirk I think,

    http://shop.poseraddicts.com/index.php?act=viewProd&productId=37

And this one, the character in the middle is definitely David Duchovny, but i don't recognize the other two... actually Russell Crowe might be one of them based on the second pic.

    http://shop.poseraddicts.com/index.php?act=viewProd&productId=48

And this one is Denzel Washington, Wesley Snipes, and I don't recognize the 3rd.

Will Smith maybe? He looks like he's wearing the Men in Black outfit in the second pic.

Yes, it's Will Smith, though not the best likeness. He's also wearing the Wild, Wild West outfit in one of the promos.

This dreadlock character reminds me of "the first slayer" from S7 of Buffy.

ugh.. I'm tired and I have a headache and I keep scanning through these characters trying to figure out who they look like. I'm going to bed. lol

A very good base for a Minnie Driver based character...Needs a bit more tan on the skin colour, but definately good for a young Minnie D..!!!

Which actress is this suppose to be modeled after? Can anyone provide me with a hint?

I've had this one on my list for awhile but haven't made any progress.

Update: Damn, after I post, I think I have found her. Dana V4 has a strong resemblance to Erica Cerra, from Eureka. The description states "This time I tried to model her after a more recent star" Can't get any more recent than that.

How about Hannah Simone from The New Girl?

That's definitely Erica Cerra. I remember seeing a V4 morph that looks so much like Hannah Simone, the promo even had the same hair style. Now I can't remember where I saw her or the name of the morph.

I know I've probably asked this before (didn't get any answers though AFAIK), but what V4 character(s) (from here, Rendo or elsewhere) might be good bases for kitbashing a Gina Lollobrigida morph?

I once did a V3 "Arwen-inspired" character. I might have the morph somewhere... But it's far from perfect.

She does look a tad similar.

    Uhhh, yes !

Morphing is what I do. Look at face shape. Texture may not help.

I'm sorry but I really don't see any resemblance at all. Look at the noses, eyes & lips, totally different (especially the nose). It's not Kristen Kreuk.

    THIS is Kristen Kreuk. http://www.renderosity.com/mod/bcs/nubet-for-v4-2/75106/

I didn't say it was perfect. I saw the resemblance before I saw the name - LANA

    Both have chisel jaws
    Both have wide spaced eyes
    Both have same nose length
    Both have angled eyes
Both have eyebrows high above eyes
Both have eyebrows the same shape

    Iris needs to be smaller
Mouth is right shape but needs to be larger
    Nose ridge wider
    chin wider and slightly higher

Nubet's nose is too small and too pinched
    Jaw is too narrow

I'm sorry, no. I respectfully disagree. No morph is perfect, but these two are so different from each other as Basketball is from Boxing. Both have different sized jaws. Kristen's are wider.

Wide spaced eyes and the nose length do not mean they resemble each other or nose length. Many women have the same nose length but look nothing like each other.

Angled eyes, yes, but different shaped eyes definately.

Eyebrows are thinner on the morph you think is Kristen, especially the areas closest to the bridge of the nose.

Eyebrows are not really the same shape either. Kristen's are thicker, especially at the tips that come towards the bridge of her nose.

    Both have different shaped eyebrows.
    Both have different eyebrow thickness.
Both have slightly different jaw shapes.
Both have way different lip shapes.
Both have very, very distinctly different nose shapes. Notice the skin in between the nostrils on Kristen is further down than it is on Lana who doesn't even have it.
Both have different chins. Lana is thinner while Kristen's is thicker. However slight, it's there.
Lana's eyes are also slightly bigger.

Nubet's eyebrows match Kristen almost exactly, eyes are almost the same but could be a bit more slanted. Nose isn't perfectly matched but it's a LOT more closer than Lana and the general shape of the face is the same. The only issue I have with Nubet is her lips are too puffy compared to Kristen but Nubet is definately based on Kristen Kreuk far more than Lana.

It's obvious neither of us is going to change the other one's mind. So...let's stop this bickering and just agree to one thing.

    Agree to disagree. :)

Thanks. Have a good day. :)

I am not getting my thread subscriptions, looks like a lot has been going on....

That one looks more like Monica Bellucci circa Under Suspicion (2000) than Hannah Simone.

I did find the one that looks like Hannah Simone as I was browsing Rendo. It is this one, but it is for a hair model. I knew I had seen it before, but couldn't place it.

What's left is to find out the figure modeling the hair.

Going back to Kristen Kreuk, this is what sprang to mind:

    http://pa1.poseraddicts.com/index.php?page=shop.product_details&flypage=shop.flypage&product_id=37&category_id=2&manufacturer_id=2&option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=2

It's a morph for SP3, but, it was definitely meant to be her.

    CHEERS!
