So when I was looking at the new items last night I decided to only get the one OOT Hair and wish list Raiyas character bundle for later.  At the time the I looked it showed the texture set with the bundle.  Then just a few minutes ago I was in the forums and found out that the bundle includes both hairs which I would have purchased the bundle if I had know that.

So my question is can I just pick up the bundle then ask Daz for a refund for the OOT Hair I purchased and the 10% discount for buying two items or do I need to repurchase my whole cart? (Which included the two items and the 4 free items)

You're replacing one of today's item - the hair - with another one of today's items - the bundle.  You should be fine.
