Prob shows up as grey box SOLVED

I have used this glass product for years and never had a problem but suddenly it shows up as a grey box.
I have added an attachment for you to see.
Not sure what to do and what is going on :(
How can I fix this?
This is supposed to be the Mason Jar.

I just looked and I think this part is the relevant part.
I do not know how to fix this.
It always worked but now it does not.

Have you installed it using Connect?
I always manually install products, but I have also installed all products for smart content too.
When you say that you "installed all products for smart content" do you mean you installed the products from within Studio, which is using Connect? You do realize that installs the products again into the D:/Users/.../data/cloud/1_nnnnn folders, in addition to, and supercedes, the manually installed location that you probably used first.
Anyway, the file looks to be corrupt, or at least truncated. The error message is typical when an incomplete or poorly formed file is opened.
What you used to use was the manually installed version, which is somehow not working either.
This has happened to me when I've moved something or changed computers, but usually with dynamic clothing moreso than regular props. I hae always just reinstalled the itwm and reloaded it into the scene.
I have had it happen a few times now too although mine is a slighlty difference error, it worked before and now I'm getting grey blocks.. I always manually install. i've reinstalled the files, double chedked everyting and nothing has worked. I haven't upgraded DAZ to the newer version so nothing has changed for me.
The file that you have installe with Connect (inside DS) is corrupt. That is why it looks like that. Uninstall the Connect installed one and check in the Content Library if the manually installed one is still there in standard installation location (not in D:/Users/Petra Robinson/Documents/DAZ 3D/Studio/My Daz Connect Library/data/cloud/1_31679/data/sveva/bohemiancandles/mason jar/)
I thought that I had but, this product is not from Daz3d, so I could not have installed it via connect.
I thought that I installed it via connect too, but then I realised it is from another store.
So there is no way to uninstall a connect file.
I would not even know how to do that.

I managed to uninstall the product from Smart content and manually installed it again AND it works :)
For your information, installing/uninstalling inside Smart Content is the same as installing/uninstalling using Connect and Connect uses non-standard paths for installing content (the path with...\Cloud\... in it)
