No serial number

I am unable to find my serial number in the account section. I have a serial number for Hexagon but not for Daz Studio 4. I have added Daz Studio to my cart and purchased it for free and have an order number but there is no serial number appearing in the serial numbers section. Please help. Thank you.

    You purchased this https://www.daz3d.com/daz-studio-4-pro not the beta? Have you tried clicking Help>Register Daz Studio? I can't recall which step generates the serial number. DS will work without, though it will lack a number of advanced features.

    Yeah, I did purchase that version not the beta. I followed the instructions that they have for registering and obviously I have an account as I am posting from it but I am concerned that in the steps it says to confirm my email address yet I have not received an email asking me to confirm my email. I have received general welcome emails etc. but not an email confirmation.

    I posted a ticket and it seems that this is an issue they are trying to fix at the moment so I'm not sure there is anything I can do but wait, sadly.
