LuxRender is free - there should be a link in the documentation. I'm not sure what you bought as Lux, but you don't need it and should probably request a refund.
Reality and Luxus are both plugins for DAZ Studio, to allow DAZ Studio scenes to use the Luxrender render engine which is free, and can be downloaded from this site : http://www.luxrender.net/en_GB/index.
To use Luxrender for DAZ Studio, you need either the Reality OR Luxus plugins, but NOT both.
wheni insitalled reality thats what it told me i needed
You need Luxrender from the link that I gave you above.
Reality is a paid for plugin, but Luxrender is free. The only other thing that you need is DAZ Studio, and it is also free.
If you also bought the Luxus plugin, and do not need it, then use the Help link at the top of this page, and select Contact Us to ask for a refund.
Luxrender is the actual render engine. It's the part which takes all your 3D models, calculates the lights and gives you a nice image at the end of it all. Reality and Luxus are interpreters. They take what you created in Daz Studio and convert the data into a format that Luxrender can use. Both do the same job, but they have very different ways to go about it.
Luxus is integrated into Daz Studio, and has the advantage of being able to use every material and feature that Luxrender has to offer, but is a touch more difficult to use.
Reality is separated from Daz Studio, but has the advantage of having much better auto conversion of materials and ease of use, but lacking the ability to use as many materials and lights that Luxrender can fully offer.
Luxrender is a FREE render engine download. It costs you nothing, but again needs to be installed separately to the interpreters. Visit the link in the post above to get the latest version.
I hope that explains it well. While you've got both Luxus and Reality, you might want to try using them both to see which one works best for you. If you're just starting in Luxrender, I would recommend sticking with Reality though. It's a lot easier to use for beginners.
