Migrating Daz Studio out of C:

My C: drive is a solid state drive that's dangerously full, and I want to move Daz elsewhere. Last time I tried that, it refused to cooperate. I use smart content. Roaming still ended up in c:, and roaming is the issue. My library, even though I have only the Gen 8 stuff installed, is huge. How can I move it? Failing that, would compressing it somehow create a massive issue? Can anyone make a suggestion?

Do you have another disk to move them to ? I mean an actual internal ssd or hard disk not a USB disk ?
