Daz Help Center not working? SOLVED

Last week I had a double purchase; neither me nor Daz shop noticed that I already owned a certain item. I sent a ticket; they apologized and asked me if I wanted a store credit. I agreed. Since then (03-26-2021), nothing has happened. Today I asked for the credit, but they did not even send me an acknowledgement of receipt.

What is your ticket number? We can try to flag this.
Edit: although if you got no ebot it didn't gp through so you should put in again.
Same thing happened to me, it was this site's stupid log-off bug that allowed me to make a double purchase as well, though I have yet to hear from Daz yet, though this was Saturday that this happened...
Still, there should be a way to alert the buyer if they already own the item or not when you're in the cart!

Right! At least they could ask something like 'Do you really want to purchase this item a second time?' And if you had the same problem, then I fear for my product library... Yeah, you're right, (I shudder to think of this very thing) FYI, when you're prompted to login when you're in your cart go back to the actual product page instead of going back to the cart!

So far it hasn't happened, but if it does, I'll know about it. And so far no one from Daz has contacted... I will probably have to ask again. It was a tiny amount, but I think even that must be handled correctly.
