Product thumbs blank

Recently when i install products. Mainly Characthers. the Product thumb is blank. but
when i click on it the File thumbs works fine. Also many dont show up in Smart content
so i have to locate the product in the Content Library. I install both with DIM and Daz Install.

I've seen posted elsewhere that it is a known issue and been reported. Sorry I don't have any other details.
