I Bought These Things Twice???

I just bought a few things this morning and checked out, or I thought I did. Well, I just found those things in my cart again and thought I had already checked out, but they were still there, so I checked out (again?). I just checked my email and I have TWO purchase confirmation emails, so it looks like I bought the same things twice.

Has anyone else had this happen? Do I need to put in a ticket? Or is this an April Fools prank? My order came to just under $20 and I don't really want to be charhed twice for these things.

    I just looked at the confirmation emails and they both have different order numbers. I think I need to put in a ticket.

    Yes put in a ticket and incluce screen shots of the two invoices as well as the order numbers,   as much evidence as you can.

    I've got the same problem. But I can't prove anything until I can get evidence from the bank (which won't be for another couple of weeks).

    Don't you get order confirmation e-mails from Daz? Or go to your account and look at the orders page (click the little green person icon at the top right of the page and then select 'orders').  Check the order numbers as mentioned above.

    Can't you view your transactions online?  I can't remember the last time I got a printed bank or credit card statement.

    I check my bank account everyday. DAZ charged me twice for it on my credit card and the email confirmations from DAZ for the purchases have two different order numbers. I put in a ticket for it, but I haven't heard anything back yet except for an auto reply acknowledging that my ticket was received. I don't know what could have caused this. I may have had two tabs open in my browser and somehow checked out on both tabs, but why wouldn't DAZ recognze in my account that I already purchased it? When I was checking out, I remember thinking that I had already done it, but thought maybe I was wrong and just checked out. I should have checked my purchase history first, I guess. I certainly will from now on if anything like this happens again.
