How to drag/manipulate/select characters

Hi,

I'm new to Daz and I am trying to change the pose of the figure but when I click and move my mouse my view changes rather than the character. It was working yesterday but not today. What should I do?

    You accidentally selected a different tool up at the top.  You want the "Universal Tool", a circle arrow with a plus sign inside, along with the mouse arrow in the northeast.

    Don5 you want the tool that is a little bone to drag the characters libs about, the universal tool is for turning/tilting/scaling isn’t it ?
