I am looking to create a Comic Book format, pages with panels and all. The only thing I have is Corel Paint Shop Pro X, so I am looking for a program that I can use with jpg's to create a Comic Book, I would prefer it to be a free program that is fully functional so I can import my saved scenes (jpg's) into it and have it in a comic book layout. Thanks for any help.

I am a big fan of portable apps, which bundles all Good freewares in a neat start menu that keeps Everything organized and updated.
in your Case i would suggest OpenOffice and thé presentation software that is like Powerpoint, to keep it simple. If you want to go pro, Scribus is a DTP software for pro Magazine creators. Good luck.

I suggest saving your scenes as either PNG or BMP. If you save them as JPEG then the image is ruined slightly by the JPEG compression and when you edit it and save again as JPEG, the image is ruined a little more when you save the new JPEG. But both PNG, TIFF and BMP can be edited and resaved with out loss of quality so you can do all you edits and save as you need to and when you are done everything you can save the final out as a JPEG and maintain image quality.
