UPDATED Tutorial: Rigging Facial Hair to Autofollow Expression Morphs in Daz Studio 4.6+ -- link now
In this tutorial, I will show you how to use Daz Studio 4.6+ to rig facial hair so that it follows a character's expression morphs. I am using Genesis 2 Base Male and AprilYSH's freebie Goatee for Genesis [http://shop.aprilsvanity.com/free-items/goatee-for-genesis.html], but this tutorial will work on other figures and facial hair as well.
This tutorial owes a lot to the steps put forward by Marmalade Boy and wendycatz on the Daz discussion boards [http://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/48063/]. Thanks to both for sharing their expertise.
To rig facial hair, you will need the following: Daz Studio 4.6+, a character in need of facial hair, and some facial hair. Check out the full process in the free downloadable pdf, copiously illustrated with screencaps: http://www.sharecg.com/v/78351/view/3/PDF-Tutorial/Rigging-Facial-Hair-in-Daz-Studio-4.6+ .

I had this very problem just today! I tried to download the tutorial, but I got a timeout error. I'll try again another time. Thanks.
Looking forward to this tutorial. ShareCG has a problem today for everyone to log in.
Just as an aside, this tutorial works with more than just facial hair. I've used the same steps on Nemain's Mischief Gag for V4. Designating it as "short hair" converts it with much less distortion than "headwear."

Just a bump to say that I've uploaded this pdf at Renderosity [link in first post], so all those interested who cannot get to ShareCG now have a working link. Also I've successfully used the steps in this tutorial to convert and rig the Bunny Girl and Cat Girl whiskers from MAB and Will Dupre's Cat Girl for V4 http://www.daz3d.com/catgirl-for-aiko-4-and-victoria-4 . Fweeeeee!
