Since searching for anklets or bracelets with the search engine does nearly child no results.

I like ArtTailor's Beachfeet at Renderosity.  Lily by TwiztedMetal at Rendo comes with a cute ankle bracelet.  And like SBibb says, the Saree is a good set, too, and cheap if you're Plat, and there are additional textures available.
