OK, so I dl my purchases and no thumbnails...

This has been happening for a while when I dl through the program. This is way past annoying when I am trying to find stuff and trying to visualize what would look good in my scene.

    We are aware of this issue and hope to have resolution next week.  With the Holiday this week we weren't able to fix the problem.

    Then it all balances out then.yes  Because of the problems with PayPal, some people couldn't buy anything.cheeky

    The problem is the thousands of us out here who finally had time to play will sadly not have that time. Exasperating! At any rate hope everyone has a blessed easter seems there were similiar issues in 2018.
