Aiko 3.0 Clothing Pack download

I purchased the Aiko 3.0 Clothing Pack on the 20th February when it was on offer but have yet to be able to download it.
Click on download takes me to the item page.
Clicking on the Daz Connect Offline Package always returns the following in the browser:
code | "not_found" |
message | "File with such name does not exist." |
status | 404 |
I logged a request about it on the 20th February and by the 22nd February it had been sent to QA. Despite checking in on the request a few times I'm six weeks and counting on being able to use the product.
As it was only a couple of dollars I'm currently happy to wait on the download but my paitence is growing thin. Has anyone else had an issue with this or similar?

Since there is nothing but the Connect offline packages I suspect the file is AWOL and they are having to track it down, which may take a bit of time.
Huh. They lost it? That's an intersting thought. You wonder how many other items that's the case for. Surely there is a simple way of checking the inventory of products which are sold to ensure each product has all of the requried downloadable files; and if not, the item is withdrawn until the files are found?
It doesn't show up under Downloads in DIM either.
You can scan the library to find products with missing download buttons (I have an app that can find problems like these).
