Password issue

For the past day, I try to log into the site's store....yet it keeps saying password is wrong.....I even changed the password, YET it still keeps saying it's wrong.


What gives?

    Greetings,
    Is it from the dropdown dialog, or from https://www.daz3d.com/customer/account/login ? Are you trying to use a form-filler/autologin/etc. of one type or another?

    And I'm 99.9% sure it's not this, but do you have any particularly unusual characters in your password?

    Wouldn't surprise me if it's due to the layout of the new store. I use Firefox, and it's always called up the proper name/password in autocomplete when I log in, but the new store has never done that, I suspect simply because the login text boxes are now in a pop-up.
