So I bought this during March madness and just installed it. Went to use it, opened the pdf instructions and started to follow it. But nothing is working. Nothing loads. In the pdf the icons are normal, but in my Studio the icons for the products have "script" across them. what is going on here?
Thanks for the help.

They say script because that is what they are. If you hover over with the mouse, it should give you some information, I believe right click will also give you options for information.
Hat Helper is a script to get the hair to fit under the hat like in real life. The pdf should explain how to use it.
You need to manual or DIM install scripts, Connect won't work. Also, some may not work in the newest versions of Daz.
Screw hats. To be honest, it takes too much work for this product to be worth the trouble.
Thank you for all the replies. I use DIM to install everything. The PDF shows the files without "script" on them, whereas mine has "script" on the icons. The PDF simply says double click on the apply icon to load the fans and sheilds. But that doesn't work for me. I am running the newer version of Studio, so maybe that is a problem. I don't like using hats because of the hair issues, i was hoping this would help, and that maybe i could reposition the fans to blow dresses too.
Thanks again everyone.
I get the best results by removing the unwanted hair with the geometry editor, it's not hard and free. Never used the script though.
The PA made the illustrations on their system before submitting the item to Daz. Daz adds the Script flag when it creates the metadata.
I just bought this product and am having the same problem as the author of this thread. Nothing loads or happens when I double-click the script icon. Nor when I drag it into the scene. Is this an obsolete product?
I am running the latest version of DS.
I think you select the character's head and then apply the script to that.
Thanks so much for the advice, Tjohn! It's much appreciated!
Unfortunately, still no success.
You've probably already tried this, but with the item selected, when you right click on the script icon, do you get a pop-up that lists "Load" as an option? Sometimes clicking "Load" causes the script to run.
Thank you, gfdamron1!
Just tried this but still no joy.
